"Remove Duplicates" fails

In one of my playlists there are duplicate entries that neither "Remove Duplicates" nor "Remove Dead Items" can resolve. I.e. they are both "alive" but not seen as duplicates. The only difference i see in the .fpl-file is that at some point i changed the name of the directory one above the one the files are in by turning the first letter from lower to upper case and added it again to the same playlist.

The problem seems to be that "Remove Duplicates" respects the case, while "Remove Dead Items" doesn't. Changing one of them to behave like the other should help. It would be nice to see this fixed.
