Ripping my enitire collection for the first (and only?). Using EAC I'm ripping FLAC's (compression 6). At the end of every Log it states "There were errors". Also, some tracks list "Track quality 99.9%". Are these normal things?
I'm somewhat of Audiophile. Knowing I'm not ripping anything but perfect lossless files would keep me awake at night. Hell, I'm still coming to terms with the concept of Lossy compression were data is actually lost!? |

This happens with some discs.
Try test and copy (Shift+F6) in burst mode or try a different drive. The error will result in no worse than the substitution of low-level noise with digital silence after the last track has pretty much finished. -------------------- Everything sounds the same until it is proven otherwise.
