foobar 0.9.5.2 installer issue

While version 0.9.5.1 installer runs correctly, in version 0.9.5.2 the message appears "Windows XP or later Windows version is required to run foobar2000".

But I am using WinXP Pro SP2 and it is the first time such kind of message appears in any installer.

is it an issue of my computer or the installers?
