Need help finding a CD/MP3 boombox

Desired features:

- 110v AC or battery operation
- audio CD and MP3 CD playback
- USB and/or SD card playback of MP3s
- some sort of text display to faciliate folder navigation
- very good sound quality; ability to deliver some bass.

Primarily will use it outside on deck.

Suggestions welcome. Thanks.
