I have an Auzentech X-Plosion 7.1 soundcard and when using the older drivers (5.12.1.0047) kernel streaming in foobar2000 worked fine. But when I install the newest drivers (5.12.8.1510) kernel streaming no longer works. foobar2000 says: "Unrecoverable playback error: KS output error: error opening device"

I use WinXP Pro SP3, foobar2000 0.9.5.5 with foo_out_ks.dll 1.2.2.

Tried installing the new drivers over the old ones. Also tried uninstalling the old ones first and then installing the new ones. Neither way works. Also tried foobar2000 0.9.4.5, but get the same error message.

I contacted Auzentech about this a while back and they said kernel streaming works for them in foobar2000. I don't get it. If you use the older X-Plosion drivers and then try the new ones, you can see they did some changes and made a new installer and put files in different places. Something weird is going on.
