Trying To Setup The foolej skin

I thought this foolej skin might be cool to check out:

But I haven't got a cool with these instructions what this person is trying to tell you to do...

Any help would be appreciated...

Ok got it all in, mine not quite looking like the same....

Anyone know how I can get my Playlist to look similar? I did like tut said, at least I think I did....

I'm using 0.9.4.4 and everything works just fine...

It's just a matter of me figuring it a little more...

I'm not using the latest Foobar...
