MP2 File editor for a Mac

HI

I am looking for an editor for a MAC that can cut / join (basic functions) MP2 files ( files from DAB Radio SD cards). They need to stay in their native file format and save back to MP2 - I don't want to be recoding it to wav or mp3.. is there such a program that anyone can recommend?

If not, I can use a very old PC, I just have to dig it out of the loft.
