Display total time, rename default columns

i've recently upgraded after 2 years with 4.3 simply because i couldn't get asio4all working on it. upgraded to 6.1 and got it working with no issues. i kept a very plain layout and would like to keep it familar.

this is how i had 4.3: http://i41.tinypic.com/6ggc44.png

i've been able to get 6.1 just like that save for two minor things. can anyone help me get the total time on the bottom right corner there? i don't remember the syntax for it, but i'd also like to know how to set it to the same position rather than spacebar a couple hundred times to manually space it out.

secondly, i'd just like to be able to change "track no" back to a # sign and "duration" to "length", if possible.

appreciated.

1. Right click on the status bar and make your selection
2. Right click on column heading > columns > more... . Add a custom column named whatever you like for the heading and copy paste the appropriate formatting pattern. Right click on column heading again and select or not columns you want to see.

thanks so much. the rightclick > show total time of selection did exactly what i wanted it to. the custom columns i can see are going to work out as well but could you please direct me to the pattern list or just give me the patterns for "duration", "track no", and "playing"?

i got the codes for length and track number but not playing. isplaying seems like the only one that would work but but is not it.

%isplaying% is not available in the DefaultUI Playlist context. However there is a Now Playing column that you can select to get a play symbol.

If you particularly need this functionality then you would need to use a ColumnsUI playlist.

%isplaying% -is- available in DUI, it's just not very customizable (no images), but you can use symbols etc. eg $if(%isplaying%,>>,)
