Is there a media viewer that displays the media library in a treeview based on the file path, like Windows explorer, for 9.6. I tried downloading fo_uie_explorer but it says it not compatible with 9.6.
The reason I'm asking is that my files are laid out in a directory structure Artist\Album\Title but some of the tags are messed up. It would be much easier to fix the tags if I could view them in the path layout. Thanks. |

Album List (the one included in fb2k's installer) already does this.
You just need to change the View dropdown at the bottom of the window/element. Select "by folder structure" This post has been edited by shakey_snake: Feb 7 2009, 22:26 -------------------- "It must be 'Take A Worm For A Walk' week!"

Damn! I ask the stupidest questions!
I knew it had to be part of the default installation, I just didn't look hard enough. Thanks |

If you use columns UI, then foo_uie_explorer is a great panel plugin for browsing by directory structure.

Just for completeness: the media library browser Facets is also capable of displaying your files based on folder structure. Just set the columns of several views to "Folder structure".
