Thanx It was solved by updating Lyrics Show Panel to the latest version as explained in the post he quoted. Actually there are a lot of components which aren't up to date in the package. I don't think all of them have performance updates since then but some might and others might solve other issues. If you could provide a component list like for Ibiza that would make it much easier to update the components that Kameleon uses  Edit: As a matter of fact it improved performance on my system by a lot too.
