[ID3 Tags] Are the publisher and copyright tags the same?

Lately I've been looking for a tagging program that has embeded album art into vorbis files support(a little off-topic but ID3 is mp3 specific wink.gif) and when I downloaded tag&rename or easytag, it had a copyright field. Is the same as the publisher field in mp3tag?

Every tagging program I have used has a help system available somewhere that clearly states how their default fields map to ID3 frames.
Since these are two distinctly different ID3 fields..... how about figuring out on your own.

mp3 help is hidden under help and info for ID3 fields and mapping is under Names and Mapping within said help.
