Since july, there is of course now the usual source of audio software too - RareWares:
http://www.rarewares.org/others.php Unfortunately, since the site http://www.saunalahti.fi/~cse/ is empty, there is no more source for a Speex plugin for CoolEdit / Audition; does anyone know a mirror, or even a new location of the author? It seems to work OK for coding and decoding in my rather limited testing.
