SoX Resampler (VHQ)
r8brain (Pro) SSRC (HP) tuned by EAC3TO SSRC (HP) Secret Rabbit Code (libsamplerate) tuned by ReClock Secret Rabbit Code (libsamplerate) Wich of this resamplers have you tried, what you can reccomend? I need it mostly for NTSC/PAL (4% slowdown/speedup) conversions.
