MP3 -> MP3+CUE+ART or MP4 Options

I'd like to have one file per album:
If an album consists of several mp3 files I join them into single file and create compliant cue-file.

Is there a way to embed cue into mp3 (pix can be added vie MP3Tag, but I didn't find how to insert cue)

if cue can be added would foobar2000 read such mp3 file?

(I suppose that I'll get negative ansewer on the question above, so...)
How to wrap mp3-file with cue and cover.jpg into mp4
or
several mp3-files with cover.jpg into mp4

(imaging cover and listening tracks)?
