New TTA plugins released

1) New TTA plugin version 2.4.4 for foobar2000 version 1.0 has been released. This plug-in allows you to play files in the TTA format using foobar2000 audio player version 1.0.

2) TTA plug-in for Winamp 2 and 5 has been updated to version 3.4. Added unicode suport for Winamp 5. Made a cleanup in TTA decoder code.

TTA plug-in for Winamp 2 and 5 has been updated to version 3.5. Several optimizations in TTA decoder code. Plug-in code clean up.
