Wanted: MP3 file with ID3v2.2 tag

Hello folks,

I know, this is kinda weird request - ID3v2.2 is an outdated tag format.
The only reason I need this is to test my ID3v2 library, which should be able to read those tags, still.

And since I couldn't find an app to write such a tag, here's my request:
If there's such a file in your collection (or a link to an ID3v2.2 app), may I ask you to upload it (just a small snipped (1 sec) of audio is enough).

Thanks a lot
.sundance.

iTunes

Its default ID3v2 version is 2.2 and it can change the format of existing tags (2.2, 2.3 & 2.4)

I think I checked that last time over a year ago. If Apple has changed the behavior you can always use an older version.  http://www.oldversion.com/iTunes.html

EDIT

iTunes is also good for checking compatibility with multiple COMM frames with content descriptors. Some other programs that create those are the late MusicMatch Jukebox and J. River Media Center & Media Jukebox up to the v.12 (MC13 and later use TXXX frames for the user defined and proprietary tags).

iTunes still allows for the changing of ID3 tags to 2.2, 2.3, and 2.4.  I downloaded an album and it came with ID3v2.4 tags.  I had to convert them to 2.3 and noticed the other options listed.

Thanks everyone for your replies.
Didn't know that iTunes still support 2.2 tags on writing since I don't have an iPod.

@2E7AH:
One of the podcast had an ID3v2.2 tag, just what I needed. You made my day...

I think you can use MP3tag to write to v2.2, so you can try that. I'm not sure though.
