ALAC decoder with 24-bit support

[beta version removed - new stable version is out]
This version will most likely cause crashes due to bugs in the open-source ALAC library - which were all fixed in the old version of the component, hence I don't want to replace the bug-free version on the site yet.
Please submit any crash reports automatically (don't spam them in this thread, it's pointless).
Microsoft Windows: We can't script here, this is bat country.

In related news, do any users out there have any 24/96 ALACs that are freely redistributable? We're looking for samples on which to test.
