Selected bitrate differences Options

Upon seeing the log output of some Exact Audio Copy flac rips. I noticed that the Selected Bitrates differs. As an example here is one from a Tool Rip

As you can see the Selected bitrate is only 128 Kb/s, very low for a lossless audio file. Is this still considered lossless? Some other logs have very high bitrates, like 1024+ Kb/s.


So why the fluctuations and how much does this matter?
