japanese tag/character messed up

Group: Members Posts: 5 Joined: 3-May 10 Member No.: 80365	hey when i first install foobar2000 1*, I realize that it didnt support Japanese character but after i change system locale foobar able to read it, but for sometime a realize that foobar starting to messed up my title and artist tag. my question how to fix this problem, i read about masstag but since its for foobar 0.9, i cant use it. other thing about writing to id3v2. but i dont know how to
