There's certainly a problem with this line:
Command line: "C:\"Program Files"\lossyWAV.exe" /d /c c:\"program files"\bin\lossywav - --standard --silent You're telling foobar2000 to look in two places for lossyWAV at once: Replace: CODE "C:\"Program Files"\lossyWAV.exe" /d /c c:\"program files"\bin\lossywav - --standard --silent --stdout| with: CODE /d /c C:\"Program Files"\lossywav - --standard --silent --stdout| From the wiki: QUOTE Encoder: C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe Extension : lossy.wv Parameters: /d /c C:\"Program Files"\bin\lossywav - --standard --silent --stdout| C:\"Program Files"\bin\wavpack -hm --blocksize=512 --merge-blocks -i - %d Format is : lossless or hybrid Highest BPS mode supported: 24 C. -------------------- TAK -p4m :: LossyWAV -q 6 | TAK :: Lame 3.98 -V 2

By the way, flac -5 usually compresses lossywav'ed files better than wavpack.

There should be a pointer to the Wavpack executable after "--stdout|" and before "-hm" - at the moment there is no reference to Wavpack!
-------------------- lossyWAV -q X | FLAC -8 ~= 308kbps
