react.ini (windows vista), how to create an ini file from scratch Options

One of the intentions for this new year was to archive my music collection.
I downloaded the latest EAC and REACT2.
The react map did not contain an ini-file. (Pressed Alt + F2)
I read the wiki page and started out creating my own.
I copied the settings part from the wiki page.
But there was no info on the second part.
Only "UserTrackFormat Section
This section enables/disables output audio formats to be created."

What I miss is a simple example of what key=value combinations there are
possible per section.

Could someone please provide these?

Futhermore I was prohibited from saving an ini-file in the react2 folder.
(Windows Vista)
