Request: FLAGS metadata reading in cuesheets

I recently ran into a situation where I need to read the FLAGS bit of each track in a cuesheet. Namely, the pre-emphasis ("PRE") flag, for audio post processing.

I was wondering, if the metadata handlers can be updated to read such data from cuesheets?
