Whenever I open audio files from a folder in explorer(select all > Enter) Foobar will automagically replace the contents of the last playlist I had open, or just the current playlist I have open. Usually I'll catch it and ctrl z reclaiming my old playlist, but not always. I've permanently lost many top quality playlists that took a long time to create. Often It is the best ones as they are open more frequently.
Is there a way to set a default playlist for foobar to place files that have been opened externally in? Or any other solution? I'm to the point where I'm seriously considering switching back to winamp. |

look at file>preferences>shell integration. from there you set a default playlist. additionally, you can set it to enqueue new items rather than overwrite the current playlist.
