Hi,
Can anyone pls tell me the steps to compile celt source code in visual express 2008 and steps to generate a .ib which is a static library. I have downloaded source code from internet but not able to compile with visual studio. If possible could anyone provide me with .vcproj file . Thanks

You ought to be using Opus (http://opus-codec.org/) which subsumes CELT and happens to include MSVC project files in the source repository.
