CDex vs. EAC, Ripping quality comparison

Is it possible to compare CDex "Paranoia, Full" method with EAC "Secure mod"? Which one produces best quality on good CD (without any scrtaches)?

With perfect cds the output should be the same (except for the offset); otherwise EAC is considered to be the best if you set it up properly.
