NERO AAC En/Decoder plugin, How long before I get it? Options

Hi!

I'm new to these boards and I just purchased a copy of Ahead NERO's AAC en/decoder plugin awhile ago. I ordered it through e-mail and I still haven't received it yet. It has been a good while since I hit the submit transaction button...I still haven't got the plugin via e-mail. What's going on? I thought that kind of stuff happened immediately. I sent an e-mail message to Ahead just in case but haven't received a reply either. Please help me out here. How long did it take for you to receive your plugin? Thanks.
