Problem sample for new ASIO driver (2.0.3)

Herewith, short sample (as requested by Peter) of a problem I am having repeatedly [db1989 adds: relevant discussion thread] first as initially opened (this is from a stream; happens also, but less often, opening a file), and then as immediately reopened.

If it's relevant, this sample comes from this stream:

http://194.38.105.21:8000/jazzradio_192.ogg

I am running XP, and troubleshooter says I have no troublesome components.
