which lame version is bet latest stable,which software to use for flac to mp3,lame switch for transparent

don't repeat previous answers as "most people can't dintinguish lossy from losslesss"

ao finally, which lame version and switch to use so that there is no difference between original and mp3

after all this flac is best

one question is there any audio codec which is close to lossless

mp3,wma,aac,eaac+ which is more transparent to lossless and why?

Feel free to browse this board with the search function to acquire a lot of knowledge on this matter from already discussed threads.
