Foobar2000 with edcast (streaming to Shoutcast), Moderation: a.k.a. 'help me to do this'

I can't get foobar2000 to work with edcast. I don't know what i am doing wrong. The volume meters are moving and i am streaming using mp3 to shoucast but i am not sure which server ip i will have to put in that box in edcast preferenses.

Please someone help me!
