I use gogo 3.13. Best quality + speed.
Lame have simd optimizations in change log, but they are not used. The only way to use them is to use icl compiled versions. But simd optimization is performed by the compiler. You can check with perfmonitor

Gogo is well known for being very fast, but can you point to any listening test results that support your claim for it being "best quality"?
