AAC Corruption Test Software, What software is available to check AAC files for errors?

Hi guys need a little help. I'm new to the forums as I couldn't find an answer through normal Google. I have absolute TONS of music off iTunes and would really like to know if there is any software that I can use to test my collection for errors. I've recently come across some tracks not being able to play on my WALKMAN and am desperate to know if there are any others like this.

I've come across 'AudioTester' for MP3 but this does not have support for AAC. Something like this would do just great.
