What Foobar2000 plugin can play multichannel LPCM audio (file extensions .l16 and .l24, or .lpcm)? If none, what soft player can play this format?

LPCM is an encoding standard, not a file format. Even if the file is named .lpcm, is not the same as LPCM standard.
You can store those formats that you list in a FLAC container and play them surround. |

I need to stream multichannel LPCM to a network BD Player, which doesn't support Flac playback. And the question was, whether Foobar or what another soft player can play LPCM encoded non-compressed files with extensions .l16, l24, .lpcm ?

Stream it as audio only via UpNP Server or Foobar streaming plugin, or pack into mkv and stream.
