shoutcast aac+

Hi,

i download the aac streams in shoutcast but these type of aac streams can't be decoded.
because these file have no aac header.
1) Is it necessary to add AAC header in AAC+ streams in SHoutcast.
2) if it is necessary where to add header in audio data in AAC+.
