Help on DTS Low Bit Rate Audio Encoder/Decoder Options

Hi,

Can someone help me with the docs that explains algorithm for DTS Low Bit Rate decoder and Encoder. I found the standard on the net but it hardly explains the process of encoding and decoding.

That doc mainly concentrated on the pseudo code.

Any pointers/suggestions are much appreciated.
