[FR] Improve playlist save

Hello,

there's a small feature request for a couple of improvements to playlist save process.
First, when the playlist was load from file, it would be nice to offer its filename (and extension) as default in save dialog.
Second, Foobar2000 could have some kind of "Quick save playlist" action to update current playlist file without a dialog. Perhaps, it should require confirmation (to avoid occasionly overwriting valuable playlists).
Third, if a playlist was modified, the program could ask whether to save it on exit. Also, an asterisk on "dirty" playlists would help.

Maybe these aren't big issues, but I just thought if Foobar2000 is great in general, it should also impress in detail. Thanks.
