How to turn off bass

I'm not a complete loser, i want to know how to turn off or down the bass of my sub.
I don't need attention like most losers and just want to listen to music without crazy bass.
How can i turn down the bass on foobar?

Doesn't your sub have a separate volume knob? You could use the Equalizer DSP of foobar2000, but I don't know if it affects frequencies below 40Hz, you could just try and see if it helps.
It's only audiophile if it's inconvenient.
