Is there an easy way to copy all meta-data from one flac file to another?

I've also used foobar2000 to copy all tags in the past:
Right click, Properties on the first track. Select first tag, hold Shift and click last tag. Under Tools/Selection/Copy all selected. Select second track. Under Properties/Tools/Paste fields. |
