Would this DAC + amp be enough to drive my ER-4S IEMs well?, Audioengine D1 DAC + amp

The device I'm looking at is rated at 10 ohms for its headphone amplifier, and my IEMs are 100 ohms. I don't really know how all this works, so... can I get a little help?
