if 5 kbps doesn't matter then try 3.99.5 V1.9 or V1.8 and 3.100a V2.
Probably 3.99.5 V1.8 will end up with extra +5 kbps. And I can say for sure LAME 3.100 (at least a2) won't present a quality improvement anymore. Wanna try? |
