The suggestions have found their way into lame3100h..
For users of the --adbr_short parameter: for the sake of the moderate bitrate settings I differentated short block behavior more. So it's --adbr_shortshort and --adbr_shortstop now instead of --adbr_short. See the documentation if you want to use it. -------------------- lame3100i -V0.5+ --adbr_short 480
