I have a 6th gen ipod and when I used it with foobar all my music was out of order when I ejected it. I'm running foobar2000 1.1.8, have a 6th gen iPod classic, and on windows 8. I have the latest version of the iPod manager, maybe it's not compatible with windows 8, though?
