I grew up in Bakersfield California. Started out as a bookkeeper, but was terrible at it so I went back to college for 4 more years learning lots and lots of computer languages and systems. Then I moved to Malibu and became a consultant. Never did get that job in programming, but spent 5 years running my own successful consulting firm.. Then I met a great guy and moved to the east coast, near Washington, D.C. to be with him.

My father was an engineer with a huge interest in audio reproduction. He used to build his own amps and after that early exposure I have always been fascinated by music, electronics and the men who make them happen. So here I am, hanging out on the sidelines watching the experts once again
