sorry, I have a problem!
I must do a test.
I have an original WAV MONO(NOT STEREO) file and I want try aac lc, aac he vers 1, and aac he vers 2 encoding.
for each aac type coding, I want try several sampling rage,
and for each sampling rate try several bitrates! ALL IN MONO (BECAUSE MY SOURCE FILE IS MONO)

using nero aac front end, I CAN'T SET SAMPLING RATE.

how can I use?

thanks
Mike Giacomelli
Use foobar as a front end for the Nero encoder and then use it's resampler DSP to convert to whatever sampling rates you want.

thanks for reply.sorry, I have tried to convert a file, but nero options doesn't show aac type modaluty (aac-lc,aac h2 vers1,aac h2 vers 2).
and after I didn't understand how apply resampling
can you explain me step by step to convert a mono wav file to for example
aac he vers 2, 32kbps, 32000 hz mono?
nero codec are already updated in last version?
thanks

1) You cannot do it because aac-he v.2 uses parametric stereo; so this mode is unsuitable for mono files.
2) for 32kbps, nero uses AAC HE by default.

ok thanks.and if I want try for test AAC-LC at 32kbps?
Dynamic
According to the Knowledgbase article the commandline switch -lc will force LC profile. So you must use Nero's AAC encoder as a commandline encoder and specify that switch.
