Stereo Vs Dual Channel AAC

I noticed a bit veriation while i open one test vector in Winamp. The al17_96.adif ISO test vector
is opened in winamp and see the file information shows mode as 'Dual Channel' but the stream have 2 channel


When i analyse the stream the stream have a const bit rate and have <SCE><SCE> syntactic element
configuration . one for front left and one for front right

Plz help me to find the following questions

why the winamp file info neglect the mode info as 'Stereo' for 2 channel and show 'Duel Channel'.
What are the other special features imposed on the 'Duel Channel'stream
