Does anyone know where I can download binaries of oggdec which were not built with the Intel C Compiler? Seems that Vorbis.org only has sources.

I can provide you a build but what is the problem with the ICL compiler ?

I want to distribute it with my listening test package and would like to have a "plain" build that also doesn't require any additional Intel DLL (IIRC, ICL builds rely on some DLL).
