I was cleaning my hard disk when I found this old development (derivative work of Tobias Waldvogel´s Ogg File Cutter) that I´ve used sometimes for my personal needs. It seems to be some people interested here, so if anyone wants to improve the program, here is the source code (I think that it was compiled with Delphi 5 or 6).

Thanks AngelGR, appreciate the cutter. Seems to work rather fast. Tagging is also left intact. Very nice with a small file size
