Using Windows Vista Ive tried running the build_ogg_static,bat and it complains it cant find msdev and I cant use the Project files because I dont have Visual Studio ( and dont want it), I just want to be able to use the tools being used in this post http://www.hydrogenaudio.org/forums/lofive...php/t60794.html

Ive done a search but cant find a precompiled version of this library, but Im sure there must be one

thanks Paul
