What tool do I need to use to transcode OGG to MP3 with a minimum loss of quality?
I don't like transcoding, but I have to do this because my portable player doesn't support OGG and I don't have the lossless source anymore.

Foobar2000 can do it. Or if you prefer, dbpoweramp can do it as well.
