Does anyone know much about this mp3 cd player?

I'm thinking about buying it, since it's only 160 euro.
My next mp3 player will be HD based and preferably have ogg support.
But now I'm short on cash.

So any experiences with this player would be welcome.
Are the headphones good?
I also have real cans, but in-ears have less profile, so I guess I will mostly be using them

Also mp3 CD players in general, what are your greatest anoyances, should I save my money for a HD based player?

Although I have a 400 Mhz pocketpc (I won that one, so it's free) I won't use it as a portable audio player, because if it breaks/looses I loose a 500 euro device, and capacity sucks (512 MB SD card costs too much, 256 MB is alot less than a 700 MB CD)

It seems to be from Korea... The rest, I don't know.

The in-ears headphones are not so bad. But it would be a better idea to buy Sennheiser's MX500 instead, those that I have. Sure, they're more expensive (~20-25€) but still cheaper than some dodgy expensive other famous brands. I've never had such strong and clear bass delivered by in-hears headphones.

Currentely, I'm saving money, hoping for the miracle: an HD based walkman with ogg support. Or maybe even mpc? No, shouldn't expect too much from the industry...

Or get the MX400, as the Cenix has a remote control, the inline volume control is not needed. There should be no other difference between the MX400 and the 500, and I paid 10€ for it. All I know about the Cenix is that W3Cube from Singapore decided to sell them... they were the ones who brought iRiver to Singapore and I trust them that they have throughoutly tested the Cenix and found it to be good. If you're in Singapore, just pay them a visit, and test the player there.
