I use proxy. I download pls file and play it. FB2K automagically detects proxy and plays mp3 stream. But for Ogg Vorbis stream it does not work at all...
EDIT: another Ogg Vorbis stream works fine here...

ok, how to set receive buffer for ogg streaming? Winamp allows that!
